Today is the last cider press day at Vala's Cider Today is the last cider press day at Vala's Cider Mill from our 2022 apple harvest! This incredible crew has been picking apples and pressing tirelessly since August. This fall season, we picked 567 bins of apples. That's 11,340 bushels or approximately 1,134,000 apples. These apples are getting fermented into the best hard cider you can find!
