Prices
Private parties and groups should secure their reservation now with a credit card payment. You do not have a reservation until we receive your payment information. We now have a secure site in order to make this convenient for you and to protect your privacy.
Corporate and Group Events that wish to be invoiced after the event should request to be billed in the box above labeled “Other Arrangements.” You can be billed for the entire event, including the campfire site or tent site fee.
Call our office at (402) 332-4200 if you have any questions, or request that we call you in the box above labels “Comments or Information request.”
Full refunds of the campfire site fee are allowed if the cancellation is made by phone (402-332-4200) or e-mail (info@valaspumpkinpatch.com) 8 days before the event date. Campfire fee cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are not refundable, but you may (1) reschedule for an available date later in the season, (2) reschedule a date for the 2012 season, or (3) ask to receive Vala’s General Admission tickets in exchange for your campfire fee.
If it is raining 4 hours before your event or the temperature fall below 35 degrees at Vala's Pumpkin Patch on the day of your event your group may call in to re-schedule or cancel without any obligations, and the campfire site fee will be refunded. If weather conditions are generally poor but not raining you may call to re-schedule.
A word about rain: In October in Nebraska it can be rainy in the morning, sunny in the afternoon, and perfect campfire weather in the evening. That is why we go ahead with mose campfires even when the day starts with rain showers. Sometimes rain does continue for the entire day and those are the days that we encourage you to re-schedule.
