Open Daily: 9am to 9pm (10pm on Friday and Saturday nights)

I've always dreamt of having a bakery. At a young age, I learned to make kolaches, pies, and cookies from my grandma, who was an expert. My grandma once told me that I would waltz into her kitchen and announce, "Let's create something!" My creativity was piqued in the kitchen.

Today in the Pie Barn, our pies are made completely from scratch by a dedicated and passionate team of bakers. Come watch us cut apples, steam fresh pumpkins, roll out pie crusts, and crimp each pie by hand. What's so unique about our pies? We make an all-butter crust, use our own heritage variety of pumpkins, and we use as many apples from our orchard as possible, because that's what makes the best pies.

We believe the art of pie-making, which has deep roots in American culture, is being lost. My hope is that The Pie Barn connects us with our shared history, homespun nostalgia, and values from a lost time.
