Pork Chop Annie’s – This is the place to go for Bar-B-Q at Vala’s. They serve up smoked pork chops, baked beans, scalloped potatoes, and Bar-B-Q meat sandwiches. They also have great hot dogs and cheeseburgers grilled to perfection. For a hearty appetite, the half pound hot dog will get you through the day.

Potato Patch – Here you can watch Succotash being fried up in a giant skillet. A combination of Potatoes, Onions, Peppers, Okra, Mild Salsa, and Chicken make up this traditional southern dish. You can also try some Potato Ribbons, thinly sliced spiral potatoes fried up to make the freshest stack of potato chips you’ll ever eat. For a full meal, have the potato ribbons on the side of Chicken Tenders or a Pork Tenderloin Sandwich.

Legs & Cakes – A Turkey Leg from Legs & Cakes is the perfect walking meal for anyone. This succulent ham-like meat is smoked over Hickory here at Vala’s. Don’t be deceived by long lines, the funnel cakes and turkey legs are sold at different registers, and most of the time the funnel cake line is longer than the turkey leg line.

Pirate’s Cove Grub & Grog – The Pirate’s Cove was remodeled in 2003 and 2004, and now boasts the nicest grill at Vala’s. Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, and Bratwursts are grilled to perfection, while Corn Dogs and Popcorn Chicken are equally as tempting. Stop in before, during, or after the Howl-at-the-Moon Stage Shows or listen to the Bones Family Buccaneer Band sing while you eat. This is a food location especially meant to appeal to children.
